Broken Matrix And Damp Dials! G60 ADVICE?

Hay all, ok bad thing happened today :( my heater matric split and antifreeze and steam went every were inside the car! ok bypassed the matrix so the car is still usable but are they easy to replace? and coz EVERYTHING got damp and steamed up my digital clock and miles have gone haywire! all the numbers jumbled up, so i put the dials in the airing cuboard or a few hours and there now a little better but still messed up! do u think they will work correctly again?

It's not a hard job, just a bit time-consuming. It's a lot easier if you remove the dashboard but you do hear stories of people replacing the matrix with the dash in place. Allow yourself a weekend to get it sorted and you should be fine. A new matrix isn't very expensive either, at least it didn't used to be.

 

As for your clocks...I couldn't say.
