rado dave 0 Posted December 11, 2008 just had an octaiva vsr (petrol version) in at my work and noticed it had vented rear discs on it and wondered if these will fit my vr6 rado ? the fronts looked like the stock 312mm brakes but im not sure about the stud pattern being the same between the 2 cars? iv tryed the search but cant seem to find the answers im looking for any help or info would be awesome and greatly appreciated thanx
Supercharged 2 Posted December 11, 2008 The mk4 rear discs are seperate from the hubs and bearings so not an easy conversion to do... 312mm discs come as multi fitment anyways...
rado dave 0 Posted December 11, 2008 i take it the mk4 and octavia rear discs are the same then ? sorry if this is abit of silly question if so i would need to fit the stub, hub, bearing ect ? im assuming i would need to heavily moddify all that to fit ? Lufbramatt 0 Posted December 11, 2008 i think you can put a late polo stub axle straight on the rado beam then put the golf 4 hub and brake setup on that. theres a good guide with part numbers etc on clubgti.
