under fueling vr6

Hello guys

I have a 1995 vr6 storm and she is underfueling badley , anyone any ideas on whats wrong cus i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure reg and maf. She was misfiring and had a lack of power but the new maf sorted that but now plugs are pure white . :shrug:

 

Any help would be very much appreciated
