Based in Rochdale which is not far from Manchester. Excellent service and patients and honest about problems and delays which I very much respect them for. They did the engineering for my engine, which was not straight forward, and at no point was any request a problem. Never felt like I was pestering them too much although I probably was so all round excellent service.
