(G60) Essential maintanence after being sat/before tuning?

My corrado has been used on and off for a couple of years, it's currently been sat for about 6 months only started occasionally. It's done 180,000 miles but has been well maintained service wise.

 

As per my other topic i'll be upgrading the charger in the next few weeks, and then a 68mm chip and pulley in a month or two.

 

With the exta power the engine will be putting out, what should i do to it before or in the near future. Is there much chance of it letting go with the mods? I will obviously give it a good service, but is there anything more substantial i should be looking at?
