push rear brake piston back help!!!!!

i jjsut repleaced the rotor's and now im working on the brake pads. im looking to find out how to push the piston back into the caliper, is it twist or push ? any info would be great

its twist and push, this is what you need, and halfords sell them also

I use long nose pliers, put the ends in the slots and twist and push at the same time. If they are really stuck you may need to buy a rewind tool

The correct tool is cheap - it's really not worth messing about with pliers etc as you risk ripping the seals.
