2L 16V Oil Leak

Yo yo,

 

I have an oil leak which looks like it's originating from somewhere between the sump and filter housing. I have routinely changed the filter since it started so that's ok, also checked the pressure senders and they seem fine too. The leak becomes a lot worse when the engine's running and slows down once off. I will get under there and have a proper look asap, but anyone have any ideas?

Try checking the brown oil sensor

The metal gasket that goes between the filter housing and the block has a rubber bead on it which breaks down and allows oil to leak

I had to change the gasket between the oil cooler and the bracket that it screws up onto.
