Riley 0 Posted May 13, 2009 No worries :) A single piece at 12"x16" will protect BOTH headlight faces, once cut in half to 6"x16" Neil.
krnau 0 Posted May 13, 2009 you can buy window tint film and do it yourself
Riley 0 Posted November 6, 2009 :? Or you can buy a light protection film built for the job, and used in motorsport all over the world. Lamin-X is absolutely nothing like window tint, it's a totally different product with totally different properties, both actual product and adhesive wise. Neil. Dude VR6 0 Posted November 6, 2009 Or you can buy some plastic light covers, also on here.
Riley 0 Posted November 6, 2009 Aye, we get a lot of customers who have ended up with damaged plastic covers. False economy. Neil.
Dude VR6 0 Posted November 6, 2009 Aye, we get a lot of customers who have ended up with damaged plastic covers. False economy. Neil. I will see, I did my fog/indicators with your tinted film and just brought some headlight covers
Riley 0 Posted November 6, 2009 Good stuff 8) Hope you are happy with the product/service. :salute: It mainly seems to be Nissan primera/Honda accord owners that seem to have trouble with plastic covers for some reason. Previous customers also mentioned they didn't like the fact that dirt collects behind the covers and that they actually become stone chipped/hazy themselves. Neil. vwdeviant 0 Posted November 6, 2009 Neil, any chance of a sample of each of the tints so I can asses a best match against my smoked covers? Seeing as the indicator/fog covers aren't going to be about anytime soon! And maybe some blue and yellow too ! Just in case! Yeah cheeky I know, but don't ask... and all that! Riley 0 Posted November 7, 2009 Not cheeky at all mate, Always happy to send samples out. Then this is gonna seem even cheekier!! Im planning on tinting my fogs/indicators/and POSSIBLY headlights too (even tho i have the smoked protectors on) Can I get a sample too pretty please?? I was thinking either subtle tint or (most likely) gunsmoke, and possibly yellow for the fogs... Again, 'he who dares Rodney...'
