Am I Paying too much ???

VR6 limited 5000 miles and garaged.... C.£250 with 250 excess fully comp... aged 33 15 years NCD. I'm trying too beat it down with no success.... anybody got any good deals recently...

 

Ooo forgot to say rado had a little accident, now has a small dent in the wing after the garage door collapsed.... just hours before i was going to install a new electric roller jobby. Ggggrrrrrr..

doesn't sound that bad to me unless you have had it better in the past? however outdated the rating is, they're still very high insurance group cars.

Have you tried Brentacre? You'll find their details in the insurance section... I've used them for years and they have always provided me with the cheepest quote!

I reckon you could easly reduce your limited mileage and get future classic with these cheaper.

 

I pay £175, agreed value and limited to 1500 miles per annum and it doesn't cost much to increase the mileage if you need to.

thats a real decent price but 1500 miles is way to small for me. im 21 would i qaulify for classic car insurance?

It,s the car that qualifiesbut obviouslty the will take your age and driving record into consideration. It's really meant for 2nd "classic" cars and not daily drivers :)
