Alexander 0 Posted May 23, 2009 Does anyone else have a problem with the doorpins rattling in their doors? I mean the black plastic bits you push down to lock the doors. I've tried putting some felt around the shaft of the pins, but there's not a lot of room around them. Any easy fix I'm missing?
shaung60 0 Posted May 23, 2009 Did you fit a late interior to yours? Or is it the original early interior?
VR6 0 Posted May 23, 2009 All the ones I've seen are pretty snug! Are you sure you have the right doorpins?
iceviolet 0 Posted May 23, 2009 I had this, really annoying, i just put some insulating tape around them, as you say theres not much room, i maybe just wrapped it around twice, totally stopped the rattling though! :D
Alexander 0 Posted May 23, 2009 No. it's an early interior, and as far as I'm aware it's the correct doorpins! I'll try the insulating tape trick, cheers!

Do your doorcards still have the black plastic guides in them? Or is it just the bare doorcard?
Alexander 0 Posted May 24, 2009 Black plastic guides - I imagine they wouldn't rattle if I removed these, but they leave a pretty ugly hole!
