Stubby Aerial - Where can I get one?

I seem to remember seeing this on the forum in the past but does anyone know where can I get a stubby aerial like the one on the picture below?

 

BTW - I found the pic on a US web page and it would be more practical if I could source the aerial from within the UK.

Quite a few on eBay

Ebay is my usual first point of call but they don't quite have anything that resembles the aerial above. I've bought honda s2000 ones off eBay but they were too long and didn't fit right.
