VR6 LPG - Fine on LPG Misfires on petrol

Hi guys, not sure if anyone can help me here?

 

I have a corrado with LPG conversion, it runs perfect on LPG but misfires badly on petrol which means every time I start it up until its at right temp for the LPG to kick in.

 

I had run out of LPG and was running on Petrol when the problem developed, before filling up with LPG i replaced plugs, checked leads and even the coil pack which was a bit dodgy anyway. My mate suggested filling up with gas just to see what happened and strangley it works fine but only on LPG.

 

Any ideas?
