Rambo 0 Posted October 2, 2009 Hi guys im gona get my car mapped in a few days, just wanted to know, if i want to run 300whp will i need bigger injectors or will a good adjustable fuel pressure regulator do the job. Also to get 300whp what bhp would i need to be running on a standard corrado vr6 turbo. Im thinking around 350. So roughly 15% bhp wasted due to friction and stuff. BTW I have heard that if you have a boost pressure of 1bar you double the bhp produced from the engine. Just want to know if this is true, because in that case running 14.5psi would give you roughly 400bhp, and in that case I should be looking at around 12.5psi to get 350bhp. My engine has a compression ratio of 9:1, using a spacer headgasket, would 12.5psi be risking the health of the engine, I have an intercooler and a water injection kit (needs fitting tho) Thanks guys (Dont send me the link to the forced induction thread, I already looked in there)
