Can I re-use the bearing in the rear disc brakes?

As I just had my Passat VR6 to MOT and one of the rear discs had to much rust, I'm thinking of using the disc from my Corrado (as that's in parts at the moment, and is getting new discs). I have already removed it from the Corrado, but the bearing that sits in the disc itselfe is still in the disc.

 

Could I just move this "assembly" straight over to the Passat? (without changing the bearing etc)....will clean it with some brake clean and put in new grease though...:)
