You could try unplugging the maf if it makes a difference you know its working. However i did hear something about later VRs the maf wouldnt make a difference either way.

 

Definately fuelling related if it goes away once warmed up

lumpy running when cold problem solved at last!!! ...its only been 8 months!!!

turned out to be a dodgy coil pack. brilliant
