288 vr6 brakes, your advise please

Hi, i got some mk3 golf vr6 calipers for my c vr6 and need discs and pads...

on the listing on ebay and sites mk3 golf pads and discs go 92-95 the 95 on..

what is the difference as im unsure what year the calipers are of so dont no what 1s to get !?

Hi mate, I'm the dude that bought your Speedlines, good to see you making progress on the VR

 

You need the 95 onwards pads as the pre 95 pads were for the 280mm set up

Hello mate, oh ok nice one, ive ordered them now so can get them on next week !

Goin for cams like you said...but what you think about NGK Iridium Spark Plugs and k1 perfomance ht leads ?

Seem good upgrade for low cost , i have them but havnt put them on yet.

Not too sure to be honest, I use Champion EON plugs cos I get them cheap and Red Beru leads, I'm sure they'll be more then up to the job

 

Your VR seems to be getting a complete overhaul, get some pics up when you get a chance
