Abdul 0 Posted May 14, 2010 As above really, the car just wouldnt start on me a couple of weeks ago so Majik (from this forum) sent his brother out to check the car out... It seems to be a simple fix... When checking for a spark he found that there was no spark at the coil but then he did something (mind my knowledge) to give the coil some live power so to speak and the car started up beautifully! What an exciting moment i must say! Unfortunately, he didnt have time to further diagnose the problem but he reckons its some kind of relay. Any input on this guys? Oh its a 1994 2.0 9a valver. Thanks, Abdul

VeeDub Geezer 0 Posted May 14, 2010 It's funny you should post this... Mine cut out en-route to work Wednesday. Just tried swapping the coil to no avail when you say ignition swith, is this a simple swap or will it need joining to the loom?
