krnau 0 Posted July 9, 2010 Hi there, my KR stalls when I switch A.C. on. I have raised the idle speed at about 1100rpm (with a.c. off) which falls down to about 900 with a.c. on. Yesterday was a HOT day (35ºC near Barcelona :nuts:) and my car kept stalling for a while when I got to a set of lights/speed bump etc... so I raised the idleing RPM a bit :lol: What may cause this stalling?? Would it mean that my a.c. compressor is shot (it only cools when rpms are +2000, I mean that on idle it cools near nothing.. oh and with air recirculation on!), or may it need an oil change (the compressor) which was done about 3 years ago? or a regas? or should I throw the car in the bin :censored: :censored: ? or only the compressor? :lol: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
