Obviously check your balance is set correctly....then if you need to get to the door speaker, its door card off time. The tweeter can be reached through the grill on the dashboard. If you have no sound at all on the front right I'd be checking connections between the stereo and front crossover (situated at the tweeter if standard).

Been a while since I had standard door pods/speakers but can't you just pop the grill and unscrew the speaker from the front and prise it forwards ... ?

The speaker in the door is mounted from behind so I'm afraid the answer is no.
