vagingit.co.uk 0 Posted September 4, 2010 Ive got a powdercoated throttle body to put onto the G60 turbo Im building for myself. when fitting it to the engine, I realised that there were parts removed when being powdercoated. Underneath, there is a spring like part that opens and closes the flap. There is also a small balljointed rod that goes from the one part of the throttle body (the part with the throttle switches), to the part that Im talking about. Make sense? How on earth to I remove that spring like part from the old one to put on the powdercoated one? If this doesnt make any sense, I will add pictures tomorrow OR, if anyone has a picture of one, that would save me getting it out of the garage tomorrrow
