My In-Pro lights (another de-chromed set)

Got these today.

 

I decided they were decent quality, but the chrome was minging and cheap looking, so I polished it all off.

 

Now nice shiny plastic, better than painting them.

 

Need some silver bulbs now, and get the wiring soldered in and I'm ready to fit them.

 

Although i might tint the top half a little bit, they are a bit too chrome for me.

u know the strip sorta thing dividing the clear and red u thought abt doing that black also (or all of the edges, outlines )i think it would bring em up nice might be worth photoshopping

no, yo're right, it'll be blacked out too when I get time. I've only had them an hour!

Just stuck them on my 6" polishing mop, just being very careful not to hold the lights in one place for too long and not press them into the mop too hard. only took an hour.

Good job Phat.

 

Get to Halfords and buy some Foliatec black tint spray.....two passes should give you the desired tint. They do look better with that done.
