jimpy66 0 Posted January 29, 2011 The cream headlining is a bit grubby but worst of all has a lingering stink of nicotine from past owners- anyone know what works best to clean?

Critical_Mass 10 Posted January 29, 2011 Steam cleaner also might be a good start.
Pat_McCrotch 0 Posted January 29, 2011 1001 cleaner from Tesco (yellow bottle) 3 capfuls into 4 litres of hot/luke warm water and dampen a yellow megauirs (or similar) towel. Rub lightly onto the headlining and watch the grub disappear :) Only £4 a bottle. A steam cleaner or anything really hot could upset the glue and leave you with saggy headlining. 8vMatt 1 Posted January 30, 2011 I used a Tesco foam uphelstery cleaner, only £2 or so. Great results from it. Very gentle to the headlining.
C488ADO 0 Posted January 30, 2011 As above with Tesco stuff but then took out the headlining and gently scrubbed with a soft nail brush using warm water and bold washing powder mixed in smelled lush and looked brand spanking....
