VR6 Plastic cover to metal

I want to change my plastic cover for a metal one, but the set-up is different. The plastic one has bolts attached and the metal one just has holes. I need the stud for the head but VW don't know what I need. They said it'll cost £47 for everything I need!!!!!

 

Does anyone know exactly what I need, so I don't end up buying a load of rip-off bolts etc.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
