james rado 10 Posted February 8, 2011 hi all im new to the forums, im an experienced mechanic especially with v dubs but i have a problem with an auto box that i cant get my head round! ive got a whining noise coming from the gearbox/torque conveter on an auto vr6 corrado whether its in park or neutral, but it seems to quiten down in gear, when you rev it in park or neutral you can feel vibration/imballance going through the car, it also sometimes stalls when you rev it hard in park or neutral! whats goin on what can it be ? any suggestions will be appreciated!! thanks in advance !
