Cooling issue with late VR

Hi guys,

 

I'm having a 'mare with my afterrun cooling system, spent £150 quid to get to the stage where i'm not sure whether i've fixed it :brickwall:..all details are in the last couple of posts in the definitive cooling guide area, which seems to be a bit of a ghost town lately! Any help would be massively appreciated, i just dont want throw any more money in the wring direction!
