Advice on Spherical bearing Top mount fitting

I have a set of Compbrake Spherical bearing Top mounts (mk3 based) and I am in need of some assistance from anyone using them or similar in regards to best install practices etc.

 

Any help or pics of installs would be greatly appreciated.
