Alt + F4 is a lot quicker way of forcing the browser to refresh/clear out the cache.

:D I've only just been well enough to fix it after spinal surgery, typically some nasty code was serving up malware on the site shortly after my op so had no choice but to shut shop until I could investigate further :-)
