carrots 1 Posted August 3, 2011 hi mate i had same probs with mine,1st thing i tried was thermostat then waterpump then expansion tank and cap then rad.i used to get a lot of steam and pressure build up aswell.turned out my head was cracked near the spark plug threads.fitted a recon head and the heater matrix leaked a few days later.fixed that and its been fine since Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
