Bean 0 Posted March 10, 2004 To change the coil pack am i right in thinking that it is just a case of: 1. removing the leads from the coil pack 2. removing the 4 cap screws holding the coil pack to the head 3. swap them over. Is there some sort of gasket or joint behind the coil pack? If someone cold get back to me sharpish because i want to do this tommorow during lunch. Who need a sandwich anyway!!!!
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted March 10, 2004 Yep, spot on and no there's no gasket. Removing the front 3 HT lead's plastic cowling will make life easier for you. You'll need an 8mm spline key to remove those and a 5mm allen attachment for your ratchet for the coilpack. K
