luvdubs 10 Posted August 28, 2011 I"m reasonably sure that I need to bleed the clutch on my newly purchased SLC. The previous owner replaced clutch, throwout bearing, flywheel, slave cylinder, but it's still a little clunky going into gear;2nd and 5th can be tricky to find. How would one go about getting rid of all those "tiny bubbles"?
luvdubs 10 Posted September 8, 2011 Can the clutch be bled?
Supercharged 2 Posted September 8, 2011 Yep, but they would have had to do this after changing the slave... Best way to do it is with a EeziBleed kit (pressure bleeding) - just hook it up and open the bleed nipple on the slave - you only need to let around 200ml of fluid through for a full bleed.
