tim20vt 0 Posted September 5, 2011 anyone using these can tell me if you get alot more vibration im guessing you will with solid but how do the vibratechinics ones fair? i need to replace mine, the standard type last pretty well considering the amount more power its running than standard so im just deciding what to get. cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
davidwort 0 Posted September 5, 2011 it's not just the vibration (that you will get), think of the poor driveshaft joints and the gearbox, a bit of engine mount movement cushions the rest of the drivetrain :) I wouldn't go solid or race spec VT, but a road VT front mount should have enough movement to give a bit of isolation and probably only slight noticeable vibration at idle Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

poll250 0 Posted September 5, 2011 I've got VT Gearbox and Rear engine, and a BlackForestIndustries Stage 1 front mount. Can't say I notice any extra vibration to be honest and it keeps keeps 375lb/ft in the bay daily so I can't complain!
