dubnut 10 Posted September 9, 2011 Hi all. God its been a while but im back on the forum.i used to be adolf 1976 but forgot my password and got a new phone and email so couldn't reset my password. VW_OwneR_85 2 Posted September 9, 2011 i know thats what other people say, but everyones different! i know its easyer said then done but if you can get a cheap donour car or engine+conversion parts, subframe,ecu etc etc then why not? if your shell is in good condition and worth the effort idd say go for it! but if i had the money it would be the later 24v 2.8 but eitherway you cant beat the sound of a vr! as for your question sorry cant realy help you as iv never done a conversion, Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
