1800 KR 16Vs used to have glued on rotor arms but I don't know if 2.0 16Vs do or not. It's quite a brittle plastic so you can normally just crush the rotor arm with pliers and pick it off in pieces.

Yep - 2.0 16v ones were glued on too. It's a right royal pain in the ass as you want to be careful not to be too violent on the distributor to risk bending / damaging the arm!

 

But essentially you do need to use a strong set grips as Kev says to crush the ******* off.
