Recommended Posts

Hello, when i was sorting my spark prob , i noticed there was a metal bracket just hanging in mid air ! . This was identified by chris [rw1] as the elecrical part that gives traction control . It has a 3'' long ressister going to a plug . i beleive it somehow fits onto the abs pump. But how ?cant seem to see where it fits. Thanks Rob

Thank you mr mod sir .Why the drilled holes in the bracket though, there are no bolts in it ? ,i thought mine had come loose and fallen off.I do have the sliding plastic clip on it though. Mr mcCrotch yep its a sort of traction control , it works to around 25 mph as long as the steering wheel is between ten and two o'clock . Think this is mentioned in the original brochure , sure thats where i read it [and chris's reminder in my thread] .Regards Rob

They're not drilled holes, they are pressings that flare out on the underside and clip into the pump's bolts.
