I have at my disposal a brand new throttle / accelerator cable for a corrado. The part number is:

 

536 721 555 D - This was incorrectly ordered for me as I needed the other one.

 

Basically from my research there appears to be 2 types of cable for my 16v (but probably fit other 4cylinder models). One is before 1995, and the other is after 1995.

 

The early one has a "hook" at the clutch pedal end, the other does not. That is the best way I can describe it.

 

This one, does not have the Hook!

 

£30 from dealers including VAT. Its brand new, not even opened the packaging. To a fellow corrado owner whos desperately limping to keep their baby on the road - £20 including postage!

 

I can send photo's etc and answer any questions as I dont want you to order this incorrectly :)
