Wanted: 5x100 to 4x100 adapters

Hi All,

 

I'm looking for a set of hubcentric adapters for my rado.

 

I'm looking to fit 4x100 wheels to my 5x100 hubs. The spacing ideally needs to be between 10-20 mm.

 

Let me know what you have.
