Redfox 10 Posted June 9, 2012 (edited) Hi all, I have the old G60 1991 old wirenet. I don't have the two seperate extra gauges for the centerconsole, but I do have the new two-in-one version from the VR6. I managed to get a bit of the wirenet from that car too. No idea how to connect it, so I can read out the oil pressure and voltage. I read old threads, but didn't get much wiser. The VR6 gauges have a 4 leg connector. I have that piece on the wireing from the car. I do not know if there's anything that I can connect it to in my car. Any good ideas and how and what to do? What about the engineconnection? I think I read something about an extra unused wire floating around in close to the oilfilter or somewhere around that area? As I can see it from the plug behind the VR6 gauges, there's a black/yellow, a brown, a blue/grey and a blue/yellow. This is on picture 1 here: The brown from this end goes into a unified multi brown, that becomes a bit thicker and goes along with the blue/grey into a black connector as in picture 2 here: then the blue/yellow goes from the VR6 extra gauges into it's own yellow connector as in picture three here: And the last wire the black/yellow goes into the big flat blue connector, which can be seen in picture 4, here: I am not 100% sure of this, but it looks like it. All help is very much appreciated, as I am a nerd in electrics, and I really would like this to be connected as per original, if there's any chance of that. Thanks, Redfox.
