Corradoholic 10 Posted September 3, 2012 Hi, I have the problems below with my VR6 daily that im currently looking into using the search function: big lurch/jerk coming off the throttle poor starting other that when left overnight Have noticed this mornig tho that even tho it starts bang on the button - it revs to a bout 2 1/2 k revs like im sat on the grid at the F1. it doesnt maintain these revs, just does it once almost like ive blipped the throttle? then settles back down to normal. just was wondering if this could be in any way connected to the above problems that i have or if anyone elses does this? it is idling a tad high when warm so am planning a clean out of the ISV and also will give the MAF a spray and wont be VAG COMing it until MOT in Jan...as long as its still running... but might be able to scrape together a few quid for a new sensor or relay.
