Door outer triangular trim removal?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic triangle trim piece on the outside of the doors, the piece behind the mirror?

I hate these with a vengeance :lol:

 

Remove the inner screw (inside the car) which screws into a plastic tube bit at the front part of the triangle, once thats removed gently wiggle it while sliding/pushing it back to the rear of the car as it hooks into place at the back section.
