kevin_m 0 Posted November 26, 2012 I'm fortunate to live in an area that has a fair few VW specialist garages within a 10 minute drive! out of the 5 I've been to 2 and had never had a problem. Even though im now driving a 4 year old corsa rather than my C, my main guy is still happy to do the jobs i dont have the time/ equipment to do :D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tentonhammer 10 Posted November 26, 2012 Just a quick update: Car sailed through MOT at Tuning Werkes, South Croydon after replacing Powerflow exhaust system with new Jetex type. My original PF system had to come out as it was damaged, hence why it was failing emissions. I really can say though that Tuning Werkes are a great garage! They're a considerate bunch and nothing is too much trouble. No issues with parts etc as well. Although, I'm pretty sure they broke my bonnet release lever / cabling somehow as the bonnet doesn't close properly now... one side keeps popping up! Strangely, I don't mind sorting this because they done a great job, the bonnet release was always a little dicky any way although it was working. For me, having a healthy relationship with a garage is an absolute must and I'll definitely be taking back car back to these guys. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
