16VG60 1 Posted December 15, 2012 Yes there often is a great deal of difference. You very much get what you pay for. My advice would be buy genuine part, or the same part as manufactured for VW, but sourced from a motor factor. Supercharged 2 Posted December 16, 2012 I try and avoid GSF at all costs now - so many poor quality and incorrect parts it's not worth the hassle! These guys usually do decent quality bits for things like this or go to VW http://www.vwspares.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=1924 Part should be alloy, not painted - make sure you avoid the silver painted sh1te that you see on eBay!
