mystic8v 10 Posted June 1, 2013 hi my g60 runs okay but the charger has an intermittant whine noise ,the charger was serviced aprox 2000 miles ago but when the car idles it sounds like the charger is making a whine noise coming in and out but not constant mainly when hot,is this normal? at first i thought it was a tight cambelt but ruled that out,please help,cheers. Supercharged 2 Posted June 1, 2013 Not normal... could be the belt or a pulley out of allignment? Spray some belt dressing or WD40 on it while running to see if it makes a difference. If not then maybe a boost leak? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
