perky15 0 Posted July 17, 2013 Right then lol My cars acting strange in the morning if I put my foot down when its coldish its starts too severely misfire and even cut out. But them all of a sudden clears and drives fine doesn't happen when it's hot only cold. I was thinking coil pack but wouldn't it happen when it's warm? Jim 2 Posted July 17, 2013 Not sure if it's similar but my VR is a little similar from cold. Not putting my foot down (as thats not a good idea when it's cold anyway!) but for about the first 30 seconds of driving, under any acceleration it's very hesitant and lumpy. Had a brand new genuine coilpack fitted about 8 months ago and that made absolutely no difference so you can probably rule that out.
P3rks 11 Posted July 17, 2013 Blue temp sensor? MAF? I believe (someone tell me if I'm wrong) that the MAF controls the fuelling when cold and then the lambda kicks in?
