EJ Taylor 22 Posted March 25, 2014 My other half has a 2000 1.4 16v lupo. the alternator has just gone so im in the middle of purchasing one, are all the alternators across all the 1.4 16v engine the same? or is the lupo 1.4 16v a specific one? as i have found a good nick one of a 1.4 16v mk4 golf? Also are they 70amp or 90amp. I will be going home later to remove the old one to find all this out i just thought it worth posting on here on the off chance someone might know.
