Various fuel pump assembly options for various Corrado models ?

Can you take a 1.8 corrado fuel assembly and stick it on a vr or 2.0 16v and vice versa ?

 

How about a golf mk2 1.8 and 2.0 gti assembly on to a corrado ?

 

It all seems a bit confusing to me and any info would be much appreciated by me and possibly others too .
