Adam M 0 Posted December 9, 2002 Have to say thankyou to darren and mike and p-d motorport. It went in for a supercharger rebuild, came back with a stage 4, new head gasket new cam belt supercharger belt pas belt cam belt tensioner spark plugs air filter induction roar mod :D - love it oil filters accelerator cable brake discs brake pads. In short, they had the car a week and all I can say is it feels like new. I didnt know these things needed doing until I saw the parts that came off. Had the AA take it to them as the charger was making noises. Rather than just fix it and send it on its way, they gave the car a once over and found a seized cam belt tensioner (rock solid) and leaking 8v composite gasket rather thant he G60 steel one. All I can say is thanks guys for being so thorough. Hate to admit it, but having broken down the bill, it was bloody good value! Can definitely recommend them, and will be using them again. Thanks guys. Now, can anyone confirm to me that the noise from a milltek exhaust isnt that loud? plus I dont want a boy racer style back box, would rather it looked standard. what does the milltek like. more importantly, how do I get the power and torque of darrens car? Chip and pulley? if so, where from?
