fla 9 Posted September 17, 2014 Its not really in my nature to bring up a complaint on the forum unless i feel it may affect others. Bought something for the Audi from Car-Spares direct. Asked me every day for different photos of different aspects of the items and packaging and then finally said that there was no error on their part and that i should pay to send it back if i wanted a refund. Their mistake, i should pay for the return (will be around £6), item was only £19???? Its not the amount its the whole principle of how they operate. Not recommended. I did have a seller mess up an order and send me the wrong spark plugs for a car but fair play, they covered the return postage.
