dubboy 0 Posted April 23, 2003 Anyone else suffer from a faulty fuel gauge? Mine was reading 1/4 full so filled it up and it only took on six gallon (which is half the tank on a G60) and the gauge reads full, but only have to do 30 mile or so and it reads 3/4 full. Fat Tony 0 Posted April 25, 2003 Hey Dubboy I have very similar symptoms to the above: Mine races down to a quarter of a tank then sits there for around 100 miles then dives to below the red mark. I also never see more the 22mpg on mine so I reckon there is something wrong but I'm used to it now and just reset the trip computer every time I fill up then I know roughly where I should be.
