Dollyman 10 Posted January 2, 2015 Recently got the Rado out for its winter duties. When nearly home, I noticed that the battery light was on. Sure enough the alternator/water pump/crankshaft belt had come off - looks like a frayed edged had snagged somewhere and pulled the belt off otherwise the belt looks sound. Strangely although I'm sure it's routed correctly, it seems to be about an inch too short to re-fit. Maybe it's me being a bit dumb but I am completely baffled. Any pointers on fitting a new belt as it probably should be replaced (or indeed refitting the old one fir the moment) ? Thanks Jeff Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
