Standard 16v suspension height

I have recently purchased a late 2.0 valver and was wondering what the standard ride height is front and back from the ground to the bottom of the arches?

 

Just I think mine has been lowered but am not sure by what amount and am thinking of getting some new springs before my custom coilovers arrive (they will be 2 months, and the car is verging on silly on 17's)
